No, they're not.
How sad that PC users are impressed and astonished when the following problems DON'T happen:

Such events are abnormal for Windows too. Have been for years. If you're experiencing any of these then there's a problem you need to investigate and resolve. It's not normal behavior for Windows. Sam is just spreading the standard Mac fanboi FUD.
