- Sounds like cisco found out that skype was going with shoretel and jumped!

Shoretel is quickly becoming cisco's main target. They know how to beat the other guys( NEC, avaya, mitel, nortel). Shoretel offers something everyone else doesnt. Cheaper handsets, natively redudant phone systems, open networking device interoperability, and a nice call center app.
