AT&T: 'Over the hump' of quality of service problems?

AT&T has 10 months.

Any improvements would be nice, but the fact is that for me unless
things get an order of magnitude better by July 2010 the least I'll do
is go month to month. If another carrier, especially Verizon, gets the
iPhone before then I'll switch in a heartbeat. AT&T has shown they're the
Keystone Cops of wireless communications.
