While you were noting that there is now no send/receive option without digging into the other ribbon tab, that send/recieve button that you so much wanted to click was a mere couple of inches left and up from your pointer.
Yes, it's there, with the little two envelope icon that we're all so used to seeing. Hopefully you'll update the video.
