This is the worst possible combination ever. You have both companies who are known privacy rights violators combining forces to strip your PC of any confidential data you might have. Sony is going to love putting rootkits on the PC, Google is going to love owning any data you browse to and handing all rights over to them. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to purchase a Viao now. This is not going to be worth the trouble that will soon arise. Also, the question will be which of these two companies will really own your data? I see a legal battle going on in the future.
