- SmartPlanet: 3 of 4 executives say outsourcing necessary to maintain bottom
- Completely disagree. Outsourcing only works for small projects that can't be done in-house, like wiring jobs, installing generators and the such. Outsourcing entire departments doesn't work. I've seen it before, when the employee is on a contract they have less incentive to do anything for the company. In return the company gets less customer satisfaction which leads to less productivity and that leads to less profit.
