Another thing, Google has NO exclusive rights with the book publishers here
Anybody else can scan books and strike a deal
with
the copyright holders. Actually, it is in the
interest of the copyright holders to make sure
that Google is not the only one offering the
books, and there is nothing prohibiting them
from
doing so.

Google is just connecting buyers and sellers,
and has no control over pricing, and has no
exclusive right.
