Entourage is a really bad program compared to Apple Mail; Microsoft
shot itself in the foot by forcing me to use Entourage and my response
will be "see ya later!" when Snow Leopard comes out.

In general, I think Office is essentially a dead program since people
(consumers) buy it when they purchase a "new PC"; however, if they're
largely satisfied with their phone based PC, they'll be less enthusiastic to
put a lot of money into a Wi-Fi based PC that's less convenient than their
phone.
