That's part of the plan

The plan is to de-emphasize Steve and to put "Apple The Company" and "Apple The Products" front and center.

1. Jobs resigned from having the keynote at MWSF
2. Cook was put center stage while Jobs was on leave (and AAPL stock rose well in that time)
3. Now Phil steps up as "The Face"
