I will give Apple credit for one thing
They wait for someone else to innovate a product. Then they look at the feature set in that innovative product, kill off the features that are of interest only to the 10% of purchasers who actually read instruction manuals and would notice if a device was missing that feature, and then release a similarly (if not higher) priced product without having to pay to include the expensive features of the other products. End result? Unheard of profit margins on hardware devices.

For all the criticism that gets thrown towards Apple, no one can accuse them of not making money and in business, no matter how you get that money, it is only money that counts, even if you have to rip off your customers. Look at Apple's bank account for proof of that! Apple should teach that on iTunes U! happy
