Good point
MS realizes it can't base its business model on inertia, so the retail store is not a bad idea. Also, I feel far more confident with the Apple store employees than I do with the employees at Best Buy, rightly or wrongly so. Maybe putting an official MS stamp on things will help them deliver a better experience for PC buyers.
