Windows has fewer new vulnerabilities? The old ones number 100,000+
The article states that there are fewer NEW virus and trojan advisories for Windows than Linux. As if this is significant! The article ignores the fact that there are thousands of serious existing vulnerabilities with Windows that are held back by virus checking programs.

New threats are an irrelevant measure of security when dealing with an inherently insecure system like Windows!

Recently the national police of France adopted linux in order to escape from the few hundred thousand threats to Windows vs almost none for Linux. The correct choice for such national security issues could be made by a seven year old child.

This article is smoke and mirrors ... nothing real here! Look at who funds the Aberdeen group ... I leave the research to the readers.
