All I have to say is that Palm screwed up with their new policy:

You can NOT return your Pre within 30 days unless you get a "certification" or ticket created by an authorized agent/store. WTF? Even if you can demonstrate a wobbly keyboard, et.c.. you have to find a store, wait in line, wait for a ticket creation, and then go back to the original store to do the trade in.

I love the Pre...but I think Sprint is really screwing up the customer service piece. Verizon kicks ass in that category -- makes me think I should have waited for the Pre on Verizon.
