Kind of scary
This is too emblematic of the problem with our activist judges.

1. Why is he, as a judge, concerned about the viability of some industry?

2. Why is he looking to leverage new laws(aka freedom restrictions) to 'help' any industry of his own volition?

Judges are supposed to be like referee's at a sporting event. They should only make sure everyone is following the same rules.
