RE: RIM: Is the BlackBerry OS the weak link?
... not to forget the constant memory leak the OS seems not to be able to control - (on the Storm OS anyway).

Choosing a phone based on the OS is a refreshing idea. This means one doesn't have to bother about the war between the iPhone and the Pre and the Storm; whichever has the most capable and adaptive OS wins. I am waiting on my VZ contract to end too in a bit more than a year now and then we'll see if RIM has made an effort on the OS side to have me stick with the Storm or move away.

Frustrated have-to-reboot-regulaly-Storm user.
