Interesting comment about ads.

Jeremy,

I found your rejection of TV due to advertising very interesting, considering the revenues of your employer (and I presume your salary?), are utterly dependent on the same model.

I would like the option of ad-free content. I understand that ads pay for the creation of content, and I am prepared to pay for ad-free content. Well, I'm prepared to pay for content that delivers value to me (rather that be stuck with content that delivers value to advertisers).

I'm not sure who is to blame for the lack of ad-free content - sheeple who will take anything for free, or Google (and others), effectively killing off any other business model.
