Good for them
If a crime is committed, by all means Craigslist should cooperate with the authorities as any good business would. But Craigslist is not in the business of crime stopping nor are they obliged to cater to certain people's moral values. The fact that they are willing to segregate items of questionable moral value into their own section shows that they are willing to cooperate with those who would rather avoid such material. But Craigslist does not commit or condone illegal acts nor does it attempt to conceal others from doing them, so stop treating them as criminals.

The ballpoint pen in my pocket can be used to commit an illegal act. Various ones in fact, more than I can count. So should the AGs sue Bic for selling ballpoint pens?
