An SQL file storage system
a "blob" is a funtion used to store images in a database. Normally an image is linked to a database, but a blob allows the image to be stored in that database. In a small business this will work alone, but they'll have to add an indexing service to this database or the latency will be just as bad as it is now for Facebook.
