There is nothing open about it if...
There is nothing open about the "Open Cloud Manifesto" if it was created in secrecy without all of the main players having a say in its creation. Especially if it contains the ideologies of those that created it in secrecy, with some feel-good fuzzy wording in other places to make it seem like a good thing.
