OK on the Proper use of
routing 9-1-1 traffic, but utterally scary on the improper use.

There are already people paranoid about using there CC's online, now you are going to tell them that "hey we reserve the right to read your mail, look at your bills, send you even more spam (if adware wasn't bad enough), and kick you off the web if we feel you are using it too much."

Not to mention the security threat to businesses as well. What happens when a hacker figures out to crack the DPI, I see a Security Logistical Nightmare.

The first time my ISP provider sends me an ad using this Technology, or kicks me off, I will dump their service if possible. Or hey anyone want to open an underground internet?
