Coda and Glovia on Force
I am a bit surprised that the article does not mention two very significant wins for the Force platform in expanding the company outside of On Demand CRM. Glovia is already offering Order Management on Force, and Coda is one of Europes leading accounting software ISVs, with a fast growing new SaaS offering built on Force.

If you see more of these kinds of ISV wins for Force, and the ISV offerings get good uptake, then the company will be well on it's way to being leading On Demand CRM and leading the so called PaaS segment.

There is little question that the CRM itself is an important enough application eco-system to drive customer need for various CRM add-ons. Force was probably designed for this initially, and will obviously lead with it's install base.
