Apple products always see quick uptake
All the Apple faithful will buy anything made by Apple so initial growth is always expected to be big. However, iPhone sales plummeted 40% last quarter showing us that iPhone sales to Apple faithful is getting saturated. Now Apple has to struggle to sell the iPhone to people who are actually going to think about their purchase and wonder why they have to give up all the features that the iPhone is lacking just for an Apple logo that they don't care about anyway.

I fully expect that every new release of the iPhone will see fantastic sales since Apple fanatics always buy every new iteration hoping (against all hope) that maybe the new version will fix everything that was wrong with the current version.

That's okay though, Apple will still make a ton of money and still has a legion of paid astroturfers to apologize for all the things that are missing in the next iteration. happy
