Their fees are what prevent me from selling on ebay.
I sell almost exclusively on craigslist now, but there is stuff that i cannot sell on craiglist that i would like to sell on ebay.

Unfortunately their fees are killing sales. You have an listing fees, options fees, final value fees, then fees on paypal transactions based on the whole amount. Now i pay a fee for a shipping fee i charged via paypal.

Oh then if someone reneggs on the item bid, i have to go through a long process just to get the fees cleared before i can relist it. Its a pita.

Streamline the setup, how about just a final value fee instead or no final value fee for items under $250? Then on paypal.. dont hit me up for fees on shipping charges.

Next, force bidders who reneg to pay a reneg fee. You clicked bid now... you need to accept the concequences.

How about some verification that people are not under 18.

How about a clear and highlighted country identifier, maybe even a filter, so i dont see people selling stuff from other countries like canada. I cant get my money back if they run... i dont want to be bid on them.

Stop boasting that paypal guarantees payment. If the credit card they used is stolen, then you yank the funds out of my account. Now i have to block you from accessing my checking and then pull money out as it arrives. If your going to guarantee and you certify me as a seller.. then eat the transaction and work with the CC company.
