Berners-Lee gets it right
I am TERRIFIED of deep packet inspection, for the sole reason that some morality bound assw*pes might get their ******* in a bunch because I am looking at porn and try to get me arrested.

Simply put: there should be NO snooping on a person's internet connection without a warrant, period and done with. No snooping without a warrant is the best way to go here.
