- Zimbra is terrific

It is much more flexible than gmail straight out of the box, so to speak. For instance, you can have tags AND folders AND conversation view or by message. Plus the drag and drop support is great. Gmail likes to pretend that drag and drop is old fashioned but frankly using gmail after zimbra feels like a leap back in time.
