- Some results seem to make no sense
-
In the bar graph of suppliers the answer to the
question "Which vendor is your primary or lead
supplier of future purchases" almost EVERY
vendor is down compared to the previous 12
months for desktops and notebooks. Most
show a large downward drop. The slight uptick
in dumb terminals does not make up for the
above losses.
If you are going to purchase less from, or even
drop, one vendor you have to get the stuff from
somebody else. The above results don't
indicate that.
The above result seems to indicate a rather
broad dissatisfaction rate with all vendors, with
no vendor enjoying any buyer loyalty. It would
also indicate that buyers do not have a plan for
replacing vendors with others. - Posted by: j.m.galvin Posted on: 03/05/09 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
