It's results that matter
Sometimes I actually use the built in help for Windows or Word or Excel. But I usually regret it.

I don't know how Google does it, but somehow, Google always seems to find just what I'm looking for. The same can't be said for MS, even when looking for a help topic in one of their own products.

So I could really care less about the interface, I only care about the results.
