An important step in the war against Arm. Intel must get the Atom into
more SOC designs in order to limit Arm in the Netbook segment. Intel knows that Arm is coming, and Arm will have success in this category.

But, in any case, ya gotta love the competition driving microprocessor design. On the other hand, does Arm really want to become a target of Intel? Fun to watch in any case!
