returned boxes. Ontop of upgrade failures, he said the cancelation rate is soaring. If they arent going to DirectTV, people maybe actually doing the responsible thing whey they get into financial trouble, cut all unnecessary services.
Could the internet also be a reason though? I have a guy here who only pays for internet. He downloads all his shows from torrent sites for HD and commerical purposes.
