I Sure Hope they help change the way Customer Service is Handled
I for one have hated this new "customer service" from big companies. FAQs and impossible to find ways to contact help have become the standard with so many large faceless corporations.
So, I hope they hear this, and realize that the ebay/AOL/Microsoft way of dealing with customers is wrong, and does not work.
If for example, I am calling customer support, its because I have a UAQ (Unfrequently Asked Question) that is probably pretty close to unique. It's quite frustrating to have to go through such a long process, just to get an answer.
Granted, too many users are probably too lazy to go thru FAQs first; but, there should be a way to deal with it so they can cut down on that, while at the same time not frustrate legitimate needs.
