Linux convergence
It is probably still early in the game but I hope in the future the Linux portion of these mobile platforms (Android, LiMo, Pre, ...) converge. After all, the hardware being managed by the OS is the same.

This would allow different application "stacks" to be delivered on top, to differentiate the devices. Who knows? In the future there could be an Android stack, a LiMo stack, a Pre stack, a Symbian stack, a Blackberry stack, etc.
