Everyone in America (unless they do not own a tv, and then the point is moot) has had an opportunity to take advantage of the government program to provide digital converter boxes. While I commend those of you (us) that would willingly allow self responsibility and reliance to pass by the wayside in an effort to make life equal for everyone, I must side with those that believe it is just too bad for those people that will not be ready. The opportunities have existed, there are literally millions of people that have taken advantage of the program, excuses are just that.....excuses.
