My opinion...

I'm not in CAD design, but I have done graphics and worked with engineers and architects for years while in IT. As far as I can see that little screen is barely useful for more then docking your media player. At first I though maybe you could use it for checking email to keep it from cluttering the screen or maybe previewing pictures kinda like a thumbnail viewer. But after seeing the screen and looking at it for a bit it doesn't appear to be big enough for even that really.

Just my opinion but I'd have been more impressed if a screen closer to the size of the main screen slid out from behind it. That would be much more useful and if your a serious CAD or grapics pro the extra bulk and weight might be worth it.

For me... it's useless.
