Holiday recap: Amazon bucks trend of worst retail season in decades

Convenience, availability, and price are what customers want: Amazon.com is convenient and the free shipping with $25 or more purchased gives a good shopping experience. I have bought things from them before, so my information does not have to be reentered. Most of the holiday season books, DVD movies, and games for my kids were bought at Amazon.com.
