You take excellent notes Larry! Good post and the next question that we all must ask is this: Is there any chance that companies with on-premise software are going to move it to the cloud or are we more likely to see only SaaS companies like HelpStream make the move? If on-premise companies run in the cloud, and gain a lot of cost reduction, then doesn't this hurt SaaS forecasts overall. Or, if only SaaS companies make the move then doesn't it make on-premise just flat out uncompetitive.
