Plenty of data
How many GAO reports on fraud in the H-1b visa, CIS reports on underpaid H-1b visa holders, or YouTube videos of corrupt lawyers showing companies how to subvert the H-1b labor laws? Even BLS data has shown little growth in the IT labor market over the last 8 years, with loss in many of those years.

I've seen no legitimate data supporting the views of business. If you look at BLS data, GAO reports, and actually speak to people on the ground this issue is not really subject to oppinion at this point. The facts are clear - the H-1b visa is being abused and used fraudulently, and the workers on this visa are paid below market wages overall.

You don't count reports issued by lobbyist groups like the ITAA as data do you? To wrap this up, put up the data supporting the views of industry that you believe has more (or equal) gravitas than the GAO and BLS reports or stop spreading misinformaion.
