Eeeewwwwww Jiffy Lube...?
Not the sort of analogy I'd really be hoping for if I was with Support.com...

Ya see, the local NBC's Los Angeles affiliate has been busy investigating them for some seriously shady practices over the past few years. It would seem that both Jiffy Lube (and to be fair, their rival - EZ Lube) have been caught red-handed (and -faced) offering services to customers that can be potentially fatal to your car's engine.

While an "Engine Flush" may seem like a good idea - it's supposed to get rid of sludge and other deposits - it can dislodge crud that gets stuck inside oil delivery passages that can stop the flow entirely to vital parts - leading to major damage.
