Forrester are spot on about this Business Technology. It is about putting people back in control and a somewhat urgent mission given the clear failings of IT as evidenced by the financial meltdown.
It will require a radical re think of design philosophy for the technology as well as a customer driven focus. Software is long over due for such a step change.
