Those who want them and or need them

Who will buy?
Well, when they start replacing the older CPUs with Core
i7s, it'll be those buying these computers.
And those who need the improved performance.
Preliminary tests show the mid range i7s doing well
against the best Core 2 Duos out there currently.
Want your machine to run 10-50% faster, doing certain
tasks - i'm sure their are those out there who can see the
ROI being useful for their work, and thus a good buy.
Their prices are still high, but they'll come down. I'd expect
Intel to start implementing some more on getting more
from these multicore chips, aside from Apple and
Microsoft's efforts. But then, who really needs a faster
CPU? What point would that be? ... exactly.
