HR Departments Can Ensure Decisions are Data Based
In the current economic environment, HR executives working in the tech sector like myself have an opportunity to play the strategic partner.

In my experience at AppLabs (www.applabs.com) leave behind the "implementer" tag and actually partake in direction building. We can actually ensure that employees' aspirations, fears, challenges get embedded in organizational decisions.

HR executives should work with employees to allay unfounded fears and ensure that decisions concerning people are absolutely data-based and hence as objective as they can get.
