Vista apathy
I reckon that people are so p****ed off with computing because of the hold of a certain monopoly delivering absolutely nothing of value for so long that it will take a couple of years before SaaS gets general acceptance.

Ironically, a certain monopolies insistence on under-delivering and over-hyping may well help it keep the rings through the noses as it delivers more and more poor excuses for an OS (it's 2008 for goodness sake), that everybody is as scared and apathetic as they were, politically, in 2001.

Welcome to (nearly) 2009 America. Who ya gonna call?
