Great article and overview Jason. I agree that mobile acceleration is a key function that many enterprises are now looking into. I disagree, however, that Accelenet has some advantage over Satellite links. Both Riverbed Steelhead Mobile (a software acceleration client for laptop users) and Steelhead appliances are used in Satellite environments including commercial organizations and the US Government.
