My perception of CEOs

My perception of CEOs:

1. Company makes a profit, CEO gets a pay raise and a
bonus.
2. Company loses money, CEO fires people and still gets a
pay raise and a bonus.
3. Company files for bankruptcy, CEO gets a severance
package for running the company into the ground.

That doesn't apply to all CEOs, especially small business
owners, but that's my impression. Established companies
are making more money, but the executives' paycheques
and bonuses are skyrocketing disproportionately to net
profits.

The various airlines were being hit left and right,
complaining about fuel prices, while simultaneously paying
their executives multi-million dollar bonuses while
they're going out of business.

I have zero sympathy for CEOs.
