Been in the smartphone market for a couple years
Actually, HP has been making Windows Mobile Smartphones for a couple of years now with their iPAQ 6000, 500 and 900 series. The 500 series was actually a device that looked more like a phone than a PDA too, http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/newsroom/press/2007/070212a.html

The iPAQ 910 is actually a fairly new device that has excellent specs and performance as I wrote about in my review here, http://blogs.zdnet.com/mobile-gadgeteer/?p=1257
