I think Cisco is losing its mind if it thinks its going to go after Microsoft on the Collaboration front. With the AD and Exchange at the centre of almost every major business, I don't see how they even think they'll be considered a serious player.
They should stick to hardware and networking and give us something perhaps for the home network that let's us finally have home automation integrated with our home PCs, etc... To this day most people still have their entertainment systems and home network components separate, not to mention separate security systems etc...Cisco would be the ideal company to give us home automation. - Posted by: GeiselS@...
