Sorry Steve but you are only fooling the ignorant with your measly 480*320 resolution, interesting how you don't mention that specification! Take one look at the truly stunning 4.3" 800*480 Archos 605 (more than a year old now and Apple still can't match it) and take one look at the impressive 640*480 resolution of my HTC Touch Diamond and the iPod Touch display can only be described as "extremely mediocre, bordering on pathetic".
The look on my friend's face when he saw my Diamond, looked at his iPhone, saw my Diamond, and then looked back at his iPhone was truly, truly priceless. When he thought about how unstable his iPhone is, how slow his iPhone is, how bad his iPhone's battery life is, how inferior Safari is to Opera (he truly loved the "on-the-fly" re-rendering of web pages as you zoomed in and out of Opera), and how many of the Diamond's features and specifications he is now lusting after, it took him only a split second to realize that he had made a mistake. He is switching back, his iPhone is on eBay.
