That doesn't matter
They made similar deals with the Government of Ontario and the City of Ottawa. They even managed to have the bus rerouted from stopping in front of the HP office to stopping in front of the Dell Call Center office (making the walk an extra 1/4 mile for HP support people) when they hired 1000 people almost 3 years ago. A year later they closed the call center and laid them all off.
