A CEM, by its very nature, has experienced many companies takes on quality control ... and has usually ended up with a mix superior to any individual company's capability.

Indeed one element of the contract negociations will involve a progressive improvement in quality which might have been difficult to achieve by the divesting organisation.

And nobody has ever had a problem with DELL hardware or it's components, right? [Except for DK in virtualisation land wink ]
