Yahoo is just as bad.

I have a Yahoo account that they cannot seem to fix. Have not been able to access it now for 3 months. Have over 200 unanswered messages in it. They do not seem to care, nor I would believe Apple. Have even called the CEO's office. They had me leave a voicemail with their "Concierge" service who "will return your call within 1 hour." Well, it has been 3 days now, and still no word.

Good luck with getting Apple to respond or to actually do anything about. Just my opinion.
