Better Prices / Horrible Service

Dells prices may be becoming more competitive again but there service has gone downhill. The aggravation of speaking to someone who does not understand you and explaining yourself 3 or 4 times is something I can do without. Lower pricing is by far the least of my concerns when investing in equipment for our business.
